emPower Future Leaders is an application and web-based platform to connect and allow you to make a sustainable impact on disadvantaged and talented children and young adults’ lives. emPower Future Leaders allows you to donate your resources, whether monetarily or through your knowledge and expertise, to help children and young adults, also known as Future Leaders, around the world fulfill their full potential through charities who directly work with them. We believe that every resource can have an impact on a child’s or young adult’s life, and our goal is to provide a platform where these resources can be shared worldwide.
emPower Future Leaders was created to allow individuals to leverage their experience and knowledge to support children and young adults in achieving their aspirations. For example, an individual can simply provide suggestions on helpful resources, such as books that will aid the achievement of aspirations. Additionally, an individual can or could provide resources regarding opportunities to develop job skills.
For example, a surgeon that is mentoring a child or young adult with healthcare ambitions may be able to suggest a shadowing program at the hospital they are working at. Additionally, a mentor can review the opportunities available in emPower Future Leaders’ Resource Center and suggest relevant opportunities to a child or young adult’s advocate.

emPower Future Leaders has selectively partnered with only the highest-rated and most transparent charities according to Charity Navigator. Each of the organizations that we have partnered with has a dedicated representative to ensure that all resources are successfully allocated to the children and young adults on our platform.
Yes! All organizations that we have partnered with are non-profit organizations, and all donations will go directly to the selected organization.
In order to participate in our program, each charitable organization must dedicate an advocate to oversee and ensure all resources are reaching the respective children and young adults. Additionally, a prerequisite to uploading a Future Leader to our app is creating a specific PayPal account for the benefit of the respective Future Leader.
Each Future Leader has a profile that is regularly updated by the dedicated representative. When you follow a Future Leader, you will automatically receive notifications when their profile is updated.
